What do you enjoy
Who do you know
Who supports you and how
What do you need from others
How do you see the world
How do you experience other people
How do you engage with other people
How do you think that others perceive and experience you
What attitudes do you have towards others
What helps to build your sense of self, and self esteem
What adds to your quality of life, what do you enjoy, what do you look forward to
What causes you pain, discomfort, unhappiness..
What do you think causes the problems you experience
- Do you like yourself
- Are you happy with where your life is at
- Do you judge yourself
- How do you respond to things emotionally
- What do you want to change…what needs to change
- How do you see the issues that affect you
- Do you believe that you are making choices/can make choices
- Are the issues you experience internal, or external
- What creates or adds stress for you
What is your resilience pattern, avoidance, challenge, confrontation
Do you see yourself as in tune with those around you, part of a wider community, connected to other people..or not
Are there certain themes that appear to run through your life, good or bad.
Do you have a sense of being in control of your life to a reasonable degree
